Our special discounted rate will be $104 per night (2 night min).
You must make reservations no later than Sept. 7th to receive the special rate. After that date, the price goes
back up.
These are suites and you'll have a full breakfast buffet included in the morning with your stay.
We are also asking that you pay your $50 fees (per person) before Aug. 31st in order to avoid any extra costs
or inconveniences (caterers, t shirts, etc).
We'll need to have a count of all participants soon after that date.
If you do happen to pay later than Aug 31st, the fee will go up to $75/person.
Tentative plans for that weekend include a parade/bonfire on Thurs (hopefully David Landa will get us an 18 wheeler for it...).
On Friday we're planning a mixer/mingler after the peprally and then the game of course.
After the game, we're getting together probably at Joe Barrera's house for food, drinks, and music.......party time!
Then on Sat we'll have the dinner and dance at Embassy. More info to follow as plans are conirmed.
